#Geo 5 software software
The software package includes individual programs that are closely linked to each other and run in the same environment. GEO5 is a suite of programs for geotechnical analysis. Each program is used to analyse a different geotechnical task but all modules communicate with each other to form an integrated suite. The easy -to -use suite consists of individual programs with a unified user-friendly interface. Cross sections, which can be exported into other GEO5 programs can also be created. The GEO5 suite of programs is designed to solve various geotechnical problems.

It also provides calculation of earthwork or terrain movement volumes. Stratigraphy - Earthworks module is designed for modelling structures, such as foundation pits, roads, railways, quarries, slopes, and others.Groundwater levels, structures and user descriptions can be added into the cross section drawing. Geological interpretation can be done by input of interfaces between layers, faults and connecting of boreholes into the model. Stratigraphy - Cross Sectionsmodule creates easily geological cross-sections without any need for additional CAD programs. It provides a comprehensive database of pre-defined templates and the ability to create user-defined templates and data reports. Stratigraphy - Logs module is designed to produce geological data reports from site investigations ( boreholes, wells, SPT, CPT, DMT and more).Resulting data can be directly exported to the GEO5 design programs. All data is interconnected in the program and 3D geological model can be created - this becomes the basis for next work of the geotechnical engineer. The program enables the creation of borehole logs and reports of various field tests types and the easy construction of geological cross-sections, fences and soil profiles. Stratigraphy is designed for engineering geologists, hydrogeologists, and also for geotechnical engineers and companies providing the geotechnical investigation services.Program GEO5 Shaft is designed for calculations of load and stress of circular, vertical shafts. Also both programs allow analyzing overall stability using the GEO5 Slope Stability program.
